I’m about 5’ 7” and just hit 170 lbs. And feel as bad physically as I can ever remember feeling. It used to be nothing for me to lose 10 – 15 pounds every summer and put it back on during the winter (I just hate winter), but alas it appears I’ve hit that age where the ole metabolism slows down and you begin packing on a few pounds every year. So here it is – I’ve had it, diet and exercise are back in my vocabulary.
By August 31st – 165 lbs
By October 31st – 160 lbs
By December 31st – 155 lbs
And this time next year – still hovering at or near 155 – give or take a few if I can manage to turn some of this blubber into muscle.
No if, ands, or buts… this is just how it’s got be. Now you all hold my feet to the fire!!!! Deal?
