Hopefully you won’t consider it too early to proclaim success, after all I’m only a few hours early, at worst. I’ve reached my weigh loss goal for August 31 – 165lbs. I’m exactly 165, maybe 164 depending on which way you’re leaning on the scale. I was actually a few pounds lighter a couple weeks ago, but think my stress level did me in a few pounds. Oh well, on to the next goal – 160lbs, this will be the tough one.
